By accessing or using SkipLecture you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the service. We may update these terms from time to time; we'll post updates on this page.
2. Use of the service
SkipLecture is intended for educational use. You're responsible for ensuring that any slides, transcripts, or recordings you upload belong to you or that you have permission to use them. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
3. Accounts & security
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual property
SkipLecture retains all rights to the platform, UI, and models. You own the files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for delivering the service.
5. Limitation of liability
SkipLecture is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy of outputs or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkipLecture will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
